T184 – A unique 184 mile challenge along the Thames Path starting from the Thames Barrier in London to the source of the Thames and the stone marker.
This supported race can be run solo, as a team or as a relay team event starting on Friday 23rd August 2019 at 10.30am and finishing by 18.30pm on Monday 26th August 2019.

Solo entrants will aim to complete the 184 mile challenge, navigating the Thames Path from the start to the finish.
There will be 7 manned Checkpoints at miles 26, 52, 80, 100, 130, 155 and 168 approximately (plus an additional water stop in London) where water supplies will be provided.

Teams of between 2-4 people may enter together, must run and finish the entire 184 mile route together to be eligible for the 1st Placed Team Trophy.

Teams of 2-4 people (Small Team category) or 5-8 (Large team category) will run the T184 route with each member of the team completing at least one leg.
Handovers will take place at Checkpoint locations only and each team must also provide a support vehicle for transportation and collection of runners.
