The T1 Workshop is designed to help attendees prepare specifically for the T60, T100 or the T184 Challenges.
There will be a number speakers covering a range of topics such as training, preparation, nutrition, kit selection and previous competitors T-Series experiences.

Overview: The T1 Workshop provides T-Series competitors with an opportunity to prepare themselves for the upcoming T60, T100 or T184 Challenges.
The event will be held at Streatley on Thames, Berkshire which over looks the River Thames and is the finish location for the T100 and a major checkpoint for the T184.
The day will start at 10am where attendees can meet and greet other competitors before the day long programme of talks, presentations and discussions on subjects ranging from training and movement,nutrition, kit selection, GPS tracking and preparation for the specific events.
For our Next T1 Workshop, we will have sessions from Running Reborn, TailWind previous competitors of T184 and TEAM GB runner Ali Young
We aim to provide both informative and interactive sessions and positively encourage attendees to get involved in the sessions and debates.
Our recent T1 Workshop held in March 2016 and the day involved a number of presentations on the subjects of; runners experiences of the T184 event; competitors feedback and advice from the T184 event; equipment selection; self-navigation; a practical demonstration of taping methods; an update on the research studies undertaken by Kent University and a general Question & Answer session.
The event was well received by the attendees who fully participated in the event.
By Road: Leave the M4 at Junction 12 and take the exit towards Theale, go straight over the first roundabout. At the second roundabout take the A340 to Pangbourne, and once there the A329 to Streatley.
By Rail: Goring & Streatley railway station is half a mile from the hotel and there is a regular service from Reading which takes just 15 minutes.
